Our accumulated expertise through diverse project experience is a unique asset of MJY Solution.
Busan Gijang Data Center
“Introducing a new platform where the world connects faster and more reliably than ever before.”
Land Parceling Completed
Only the final building permit process remains for data center construction. The IT industry code for data centers (63XXX) has already been incorporated into the tenancy agreement.
Power Usage Agreement Signed (Nov 26, 2024)
First single-site confirmation in Korea for a 200MWh power supply.
The Only Immediately Buildable Data Center Site in Busan with Low Civil Complaint Risk
Currently, MJY Solution’s site is the only large-scale parcel in Busan with completed power allocation and land parceling, ready for immediate development.
Phased Cluster Development
The total site area of 20,238 pyeong will be developed in three zones. Two buildings will each support 60MW, and one building will support 80MW.
The Gateway to Korea’s Digital Economy
Strategic Location
Busan is Korea’s primary international data traffic hub, with over 95% of the country’s subsea cables connected through the region.
Global Connectivity
Most of Korea’s subsea fiber optic cables land in Busan, ensuring ultra-low latency for international data routes.
Enhanced Network Infrastructure
SK Broadband’s new 800Gbps dedicated backbone network reduces latency to Seoul and opens new growth opportunities.
Location
Data Center Construction Site – 875, Banryong-ri, Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, Republic of Korea

Robust Power Infrastructure
Dual 154kV Power Lines
Highly reliable dual-redundant power supply (primary and backup lines)
200MWh Capacity
Secured power capacity to meet hyperscaler demand
On-site Substation
Efficient power distribution optimized for high-density IT loads
High-Reliability Carbon-Neutral Power Sources

Fiber Connectivity & Water Supply Availability
Fiber Optic Connectivity
- A BA 288-core single-mode OS2 fiber cable is currently connected to and serviced at the site through Korea Telecom (KT).
- Redundant paths and additional circuits can be provisioned through Korea Telecom or other service providers with an approximate 3-month lead time.
Water Supply
- The industrial complex utilizes municipal water only (no industrial water supply).
- The project site is allocated an 80mm supply line, supporting up to 1,920 tons per day.
- Capacity expansion is available through pipeline upgrades with additional cost.
- Water pressure adjustments are also available at additional cost.
Cost Efficiency & Market Advantage
Land Cost Advantage
Land prices for data centers in Busan are approximately three times lower than those in the Seoul metropolitan area, enabling significant CAPEX reduction.
First-Mover Advantage
A strategically positioned site to secure demand before Busan becomes saturated as a hyperscaler hub.
Optimized Operating Costs
Ability to maintain low operating expenses through cost-efficient power and cooling options.
